Returning Your Tonie Figures
All Tonie figures must be returned at the end of your borrowing period, ready to swap for your next selection.
Figures should be returned in good condition, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Please return them in the drawstring pouch provided to keep them safe.
Damaged or Missing Figures
If a figure arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving it and we’ll arrange a replacement where possible.
If a figure is lost or returned damaged beyond use, we may charge a replacement fee to cover the cost.
Refunds on Memberships
Memberships are billed monthly and cover your chosen number of Tonie figures.
Because your monthly payment gives you access to our library, memberships are non-refundable once the month has begun.
You may cancel your membership at any time, and no further payments will be taken after your current month ends.
Refunds on Orders in Error
If you accidentally sign up for the wrong membership plan, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll happily switch you to the correct plan and adjust your payment.
Cancellations
You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly.
Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
