StoryBox Swap Shop is a monthly Tonie figure swap subscription. Instead of buying a new Tonie every time your child wants a different story, you simply swap one figure each month for a different one from our growing library.
1. Join the monthly subscription.
2. We’ll send you your first Tonie figure.
3. Enjoy it for the month.
4. Send it back to us using the prepaid returns packaging.
5. We’ll send your next figure.
Simple!
You’ll be able to tell us about your child’s age, favourite characters and the Tonies they already own. We’ll use that information to send figures we think they’ll love while avoiding duplicates wherever possible.
Your membership includes one swap every month.

Tonie Figures
No. StoryBox Swap Shop is all about sharing.
Every Tonie is professionally checked, cleaned and inspected before it’s sent to its next family.
We only send figures we’d be happy to give our own children.
Some may show light signs of use, but all are fully working and in great condition.

Just let us know which ones you already have and we’ll avoid sending duplicates wherever possible.

There are no postage costs to pay when returning your monthly swap.
Simply pop it back into the supplied packaging, attach the prepaid return label and post it back to us.
We’ll simply wait until it’s returned before sending your next swap.
Don’t worry – just get in touch and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail before deciding on the next steps.
Looking After The Figures
We understand accidents happen.
If a figure is accidentally damaged, just let us know as soon as possible. We’ll always try to find the fairest solution.
Please contact us straight away. We’ll discuss the replacement options with you.
Toniebox Questions
Yes.
StoryBox Swap Shop provides the Tonie figures ony – you’ll need your own Toniebox to use them.
Yes. Genuine Tonie figures work with any genuine Toniebox.
