Welcome to Story Box Swap Shop! By subscribing to our service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or service.
1. Membership & Subscription
- Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis, depending on your chosen plan (Mini, Standard, or Mega).
- Payments are taken automatically each month via your chosen payment method.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us in writing. No refunds will be given for partially used billing periods.
2. Swapping & Collection
- You may request to swap your figures once per month via our online Tonie Swap Request Form.
- All swaps and collections are made via local pick-up points only. We do not currently offer postage or delivery options.
- Figures must be returned before new ones can be issued. We reserve the right to delay swaps if returns are not made on time.
3. Condition of Figures
- We ask that all figures are returned in good, working condition.
- If a figure is lost or returned damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, a replacement fee of £10 per figure will be charged to your account.
- Please keep figures in a safe place, away from pets and very young children.
4. Availability
- Figure requests are subject to availability. While we do our best to honour preferences, we cannot guarantee specific characters at any given time.
- You can view our current library of figures on the website. Popular figures may operate on a waiting list basis.
5. Usage
- Borrowed figures are for personal use only. They must not be re-sold, copied, or redistributed.
- Figures remain the property of Story Box Swap Shop at all times.
6. Membership Numbers & Tracking
- Each member will be assigned a unique Membership Number. Please include this in all correspondence, particularly swap requests and when collecting items.
7. Pausing or Cancelling Membership
- You may pause your subscription for up to two months per calendar year by contacting us before your next billing cycle. During a paused period, no swaps or collections may take place.
- To cancel, please ensure all figures are returned in good condition. Your subscription will end at the close of your current billing cycle once all items are accounted for.
8. Returns & Refunds
- Returning Tonie Figures: All figures must be returned at the end of your borrowing period. They should be in good condition, with no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Damaged or Missing Figures: If a figure arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement. If a figure is lost or damaged beyond use, a replacement fee may be charged.
- Refunds on Memberships: Monthly membership payments are non-refundable once the month has begun, as payment grants you access to our figure library.
- Orders in Error: If you signed up for the wrong membership by mistake, please contact us within 7 days so we can adjust your plan and payment.
- Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Your cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via the website.
